Further to its announcement of 16 December 2011, OJSC Polyus Gold announces that the listing of its American Depositary Shares (ISIN: US6781291074) on the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange has been cancelled with effect from start of trading today.
