In 1991 - graduated from Moscow construction engineering institute, specialized in industrial and residential construction.

1992 - 1993 - International Financial company, chief specialist, deputy head of transportation maintenance department.

1993 - 1998 - Uneximbank, increasingly senior positions in procurement department, as well as head of Commercial department of administration.

In October 2002 he joined OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel as deputy general director.
