Nikolay V. Morozov

Deputy general director, internal control

Born on August 3, 1967, in Moscow.

In 1989 he graduated with honors from the Moscow state institute for international relations, with a degree in international economic relations.

In 1989-1993 he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

In 1993 - 1994 he worked in Mosbusinessbank as chief economist of external and correspondent relations section of currency transactions and international settlement.

In 1994 - 1997 - he worked in International Financial company, at first, in credit resources department, and later - as head of financial analyses of client relations department.

1997 - 1998 he occupied a position of a deputy head of operating income and expenses planning and control of financial department at Uneximbank

In 1998 - 2003 - he worked at Rosbank as a member of the executive board and head of internal control.

In 2003 he joined OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel as head of auditing department, as well as director of internal control department.
