In 1998 graduated from the University of Trieste, Italy and from the State University of St. Petersburg, Russia, with the degree in jurisprudence.

From 1998 till 2002 - Head of the Representative Office and from 2002 till 2006 - Managing Partner of the Russian Branch of Pavia e Ansaldo Law firm;

From 2006 till 2008 – Chief Council and from 2008 till present - Managing Director of Nafta Moskva.

2006 - 2008: Member of the Board of Directors of Polymetal OJSC;
